The Essentials

We work remotely and exclusively with QuickBooks Online to keep your accounts accurate and up to date.  This includes categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts and generating financial reports each month. 

Extra Services

We also offer extra services including document management & pickup, HST filing & payment and help with account clean-ups and catch-ups if you’ve fallen behind!

Pricing Packages

Micro Business Essentials - $125/month

  • up to 50 transactions/month across all accounts
  • includes categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts & generating an up-to-date Profit & Loss statement

Small Business Essentials - starting at $150/Month

  • 51 – 100 transactions/month across all accounts
  • includes categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts & generating an up-to-date Profit & Loss statement

Medium Business Essentials - Starting at $275/month

  • 101 or more transactions/month across all accounts
  • includes categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts & generating an up-to-date Profit & Loss statement

Package add-ons:

  • File Management – includes matching receipts to statements, printing missing documents from your email if possible, setting up and maintaining an organized file box or binder
  • File Pickup – instead of you having to upload, email or drop off your documents, I will pick them up as long as you are within a 45 km radius
  • HST filing & payment
  • Account clean-ups & catch-ups if you’ve fallen behind
